Yeah, important definition here: "contagieous" not equal to how sick/dead
it makes you.
I don't understand the immunity thing anymore. I used to believe that once you had a virus and got over it you were immune for life unless it was something like the common cold that is able to continually change its signature somehow.
Now, I don't know. read somewhere their was a 90 year old person who still had antibodies to the infamous Spanish flu, on the other hand they are saying they don't know how long immunity would last for covid. That was news to me.
One of the nurses who game me shot for something said once you get a virus, you have that forever. OK, makes sense eg, stuff like chicken pox that hides out forever in your body. Maybe that's the secret, your body always has it so it's always renewing it's antibody profile for that virus?
